A couple months ago OneJet announced new flights between Pittsburgh (PIT) and Cincinnati (CVG). The flights were originally slated to begin on August 15th but that never came to fruition.
OneJet has finally detailed out the flight schedule and is now set to begin the nonstop flights between Pittsburgh and Cincinnati on October 19th, 2016. OneJet will be the only airline operating nonstop flights between these two cities.
The flights will be run two times a day each way with the following schedule on weekdays only.

Outside of the schedule OneJet has stated a goal of connecting up to 10 nonstop routes from Pittsburgh through 2017. With the Cincinnati schedule set OneJet now services 5 destinations from Pittsburgh including Milwaukee, Indianapolis, Louisville, and Hartford. There are plenty of potential markets for their model.
Just last month OneJet announced another new focus city at Louisville (SDF) with additional flights to Raleigh (RDU) set to begin on October 17th and flights to Kansas City (MCI) on October 24th. Neither of these routes are bookable or have a schedule yet. With the dates fast approaching it is likely that they will be delayed or not started at all.
Best of luck to OneJet on the new Cincinnati route and the hopeful addition of another 5 routes from Pittsburgh!
